How do I sign up?
Click on the "Sign up" button, positioned in the top right of every page.
How do I log in?
Click on the "Login" button, positioned in the top right of every page.
I forgot my account credentials, what can I do?
While in the login popup, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link.
Can I get a trial account?
Ofcourse. We want you to be as happy with our product as we are. That's why you can try VobeSoft for free for two weeks.
I can't login, even though I input the correct crecentials

Can I change my username?
Your local VobeSoft manager can alter this for you.
How do I change my password?
While logged into VobeSoft, go to account configuration and click "Change password".
Can I change my profile information?
Yes. Just login and click on your personal avatar. This will redirect you to your profile page in which you can update your information.
Can I import data from other systems?
Yes. All information can easily be imported into VobeSoft using a variety of methods. Stuck while importing? Just contact us and we will help you as soon as possible.
I am running into problems using VobeSoft, bugs or errors, what can I do?
Create a support ticket in VobeSoft or call us at +317320148800. We will make sure the problem is resolved as soon as possible.

What payment methods are available?
Middels direct debit, money transer or creditcard. We're planning to support "Stripe" so we can offer more payment methods.
What's the minimal subscription time?
Normally, a subscription minimally lasts a month. After this period it is terminable at any time.
Common usage questions
How can I configure my personal dashboard?
Click the "+" button in the upper right part of your dashboard and add widgets of choice.
How to add another user?
This is only possible as an administrator. As an administrator just go to settings and add a user at the "Users" section.
How to assign roles and permissions to certain users?
As an administrator, go to settings and create roles at the "Roles and permissions" section, which can be assigned to users in the "Users" section afterwards.
Can I assign permissions to certain file directories?
Yes. In VobeSoft you can define a file directory structure as an administrator. Afterwards our "Roles and permissions" section in settings provide a way to assign permissions to certain directories.
Questions about dossier templates
How to add a dossier template?
As an administrator, go to the "Dossier builder" section in the settings page.
How to add properties to my dossier templates?
As an administrator, go to the "Dossier builder" section in the settings page and select or create a dossier template. From here you can add properties to tabs using the "+" button.
How to add tabs to my dossier templates?
As an administrator, select the dossier of choice in the settings page and click the "+" tab.
How to create lists in a dossier template?
Same way as creating a tab, except selecting the "Tab is a list" option.
How to create relations with another dossier?
Just add an property with the "dossier" type and follow the instructions.
Note: when adding a dossier property to a list, you can make an many-to-many relation.

How to link my website with VobeSoft using a form?
You need our "Forms" module for this. Just follow through our form wizard and you're set!
