Files field

The files tab has proven itself as the central hub for storing a wide variety of files associated with your items, such as customers, buildings, cars, claims, tickets and more. But sometimes, when your file management needs to be more specific and dynamically filterable, the files field can be your new go to.

With the files field, you can:

• Define which types of files can be uploaded, ensuring only relevant and appropriate files are uploaded
• Set limits on the maximum file size to manage storage effectively
• Decide whether uploading a file is mandatory, enhancing your workflow's rigor and compliance
• Use the files field in your dynamic queries with our criteria builder

Mirror field

View data from connected items without the need to open them with the mirror field, streamlining certain workflow operations by providing critical information at your fingertips. Implement them into your configurations to reduce time spent navigating between items to boost overall efficiency and productivity.

With the mirror field, you can:

• Access data from related items quickly and efficiently
• Improve workflow speed by reducing the need to navigate between multiple records for fields which are critical to the workflow
• Create an organized and seamless data view by combining data

Formula field

Create calculations with your numeric fields using our new formula field, equipped with basic operations like addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. With the numeric fields, we are just scratching the surface. Future updates will expand the formula field's calculation and data manipulation capabilities to offer a full Excel-like experience within VobeSoft.

With the formula field, you can:

• Perform essential arithmetic operations on numeric fields
• Create a basis to be ready for future updates with advanced spreadsheet functionalities

• Current date criteria helper text
• Define for a role if the users with that role can impersonate on portal users

• Downloading more than 5 files at the same time now creates a ZIP folder

🪲 Bug fixes

• Special characters can't be used for role names
• Can't delete field when read-only/show/hide is selected on the field within the conditional logic
• Dynamic title on a dossier/object field does not allow for special characters to be printed
• Object duplication does not duplicate choice options
• Choice dropdown (single) doesn't close when you pick a choice
• File previewer doesn't work when the file has a + in the name
• Upcoming date analyzer is not sending emails to event subscribers
